General Quiz Round: This round(registration) will be hosted on www.hpquizmasters.com (Website accessible through internet) which will be active from 24th January,2025 10:00 am to 27th January,2025 03:00 pm
Registration & General Quiz Rounds: Needs to be done on the website by clicking the “Registration” tab from 24th January-2025 onwards. Registrations will be accepted from 24th January-2025 to 27th January 2025(till 03:00 PM). Only registered members will be able to play from 25th January-2025 to 27th January 2025(Only between 03:00 PM to 03:30 PM).

Registration & Markting and Sales Quiz Rounds: Needs to be done on the website by clicking the “Registration” tab from 04th February-2025 onwards. Registrations will be accepted from 04th February-2025 to 06th February 2025(till 03:00 PM). Only registered members will be able to play from 05th February-2025 to 06th February 2025(Only between 03:00 PM to 03:30 PM).

Result of Marketing and Sales Round Quiz:08th February 2025
System Requirements: Participant can take the quiz from any electronic device (Phone/Tablet) or Laptop or PC of modern make. Participants need to have an updated browser (preferably Google chrome) along with stable internet connection (preferably broadband)
In case any participant gets logged out of the game due to unstable internet or the devices hangs midway they will not be able to re-log. The game is devised on a single login one time play architecture hence participants should check system viability in advance.
Subject: Questions will be based on general knowledge, current affairs, personalities, sports, entertainment etc for General Round Quiz. For Finance, HR and Marketing & Sales round Quiz questions will be based on respective subjects.
Question Format: Multiple choice questions wherein correct answer can be selected with the click of a mouse. No negative marking
Session Time: 25 MCQs to be answered in 20 minutes or lesser time.
Rules and Regulations: DO NOT PRESS the back button from the browser during the quiz, DO NOT refresh (CTRL+F5 or F5 or CTRL+SHIFT+F5) the page during the quiz. Upon doing so participants will be automatically logged out of the game and taken directly to the result. Under such circumstances users will not be allowed under any circumstances to rejoin or have a second try at playing the Quiz. PS: All participants are advised to follow the above rules diligently as breaking any such rules will result in final result submission and no request for a second try will be entertained under any circumstances.
The Email id. (hpcl.in employee mail ID) as entered by the participant along with the chosen password during registration entered by the participant will be the Login credential.
Please note: Remember the correct spelling of the email and password combination entered by the Participant are used to login.
All participants are advised to use an updated device of modern make (Laptop/tablet/Mobile phones) along with fast internet connection (WIFI/broadband recommended) and modern browser (Google Chrome or similar).
Participants should be extra careful to fulfil all necessary requirements as stated in this clause as failing any such requirement may lead to an automatic Logout or device getting hung.
In case any participant gets inadvertently logged out at any stage of the game after the login procedure is complete their, participation will be forfeited and replay or re-login not allowed under any circumstances. HPCL as organisers of HPCL Quizmasters-2025 does not assume any responsibility, legal or otherwise for any such occurrence.
Total session time will be 20 mins. or lesser in which the respective participants will have to answer 25 Questions. However, there will be no timeframe for any individual questions.No negative marking. The questions will be in MCQ format with four options.
The participant will be ranked based on the following parameters:
a) Number of correct answers
b) Least time taken to complete the Quiz
In case of tie, participant who have taken lesser time to answer will qualify to the next round. In case a participant gets logged out before completing the full quota of 25 questions before the end of the 20 minutes due to technical reasons like hung device, session time out, low network bandwidth etc., in such cases the participant will be scored till the last question before getting logged out. No repeat login will be allowed under any circumstances.
Answers can be selected with the click of a mouse. Participant will be able to change their answers as many times they want before hitting the next question TAB.
